I couldnt listen to anymore. Dont let anyone tell you a PTA is going to do anything for Schapelle or any of the Bali 9. This thing is going to get drawn out for years and in the end Schapelle will still be sitting in prison in Indonesia. I have no doubt it is very complex but I also have no doubt that more could be being done to specifically help Schapelle. |

She will have to serve half of her sentence for a start. Yet the Indonesian 'Conditional Release' can be applied for by a prisoner over there after two-thirds of a sentence is served... And if granted... she walks free then and there. Other countries have sweeter repatriation deals with Indonesia than us. Anyway, Kay Danes decided the interview didn't adress enough issues and she has written to the Attorney General, Philip Ruddock. Here are the questions she wants the AG to answer.
