Hi Schapelle,
Like many others I have also finished your amazing book. What an inspiration you are. I have tried to put myself in your shoes and wonder if I could be that strong and I can honestly say I wouldn't have coped this far. Your sister and mother are amazing women; I have a sister and I don't think I could count on her like you can with Mercedes. Your situation has definately put me and my family off ever travelling overseas, what is wrong with our airports? I'm sure you have asked yourself that many times. I wish with all my heart I could help in some way, hopefully the bastards that did this will come forward, how can people like that sleep at night? Michelle Leslie should be in there, not you! I know you recieve hundreds of letters, but I would like to write to you if I could. I'm 28 years old and married with a baby and live in a small country town, about 10 hours drive from Middlemount. It would be great to hear from you or your family. Keep positive, we are all praying for you. You truly are an inspiration to everyone.
