I am very disappointed to find that nothing has worked towards getting this innocent woman free from captivity. Her plight is the reason I dont EVER travel to foreign countries(not that American laws are all that progressive).I admit her situation has been overlooked with all the madness America is experiencing with our fascist Bush(I refuse to call him president) & Iraq.May God be with you Schapelle & keep you from harm.

I too never travel overseas...although i'd visit America...IF i could be guaranteed100% by the airlines, airports, Australian and US govts that my luggage would NOT be tampered with and i couldn't possibly arrive in LA with drugs in my bags. I'm not fond of the idea of spending one minute in ANY prison...especially as i'd be innocent . |

Ive travelled overeas alot since i was a young child. I never knew untill now the risk we take when we do travel. Although now i am one of those people who padlock evreything and wrap it for extra precaution but it gets opened anyway just last year my bag was opened and i was not told ( they used to leave a calling card saying they had opened it for blah blah reasons ) Things where taken from my bag when i stood in line to report this (not game to open the bag incase there was something in it) i found atleast 20 people off the same flight.
Next time your at an airport have a glance over and see how many people are reporting lost damaged or tampered with luggage its astounding!!! |
