I believe that a guiding principle in any justice system is that the punishment should not do more harm than the actual crime. 20 years in a cage for possessing a plant? What has this world come to? (Not to mention that I don't think these Indonesian agents of "justice" have anything other than their own pockets in mind and their case doesn't have a leg to stand on.)
