Dear Schapelle,
25th December, 2005 - All day long I thought about you, and hoped that you could feel the love I was sending you.. I hoped that whatever you were doing on Christmas Day, you were smiling, happy, and surrounded by those you love.. If we could all afford tickets to Bali, we would be with you in a heartbeat, knocking down Kerobokan's doors to flood you with gifts and love, praise and support - everything you so rightly deserve. Just because you can't see us doesn't mean we are not there with you, just as you can't see love, but you can always feel it's presence. 31st December, 2005, 11:59pm - As the clock ticked over, and 2006 began, I quietly whispered "Happy New Year Schapelle" and couldn't help but shed a few tears.. But these weren't tears of sadness or desperation - these were tears of hope and joy that 2006 will bring you a new chance for freedom, a new chance for justice.. So from all your new friends in Australia, the ones you haven't even met yet - MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY 2006 you wonderful, inspiring and beautiful girl. With love, as always, Jeremy ![]() |
