Default A post card or a card in an envelope to show support?

Hi,

I live in New York City. I've been following the Schapelle Corby case via Australian newspapers and other news sources online since her case first made the news. I think her case is a "poster case" illustrating wrongful convictions.
I don't think she had a fair trial and I'd like to see her released from prison.

At the moment the only way I can show Schapelle that I believe her and care about her is to write her a note.

I would like to send either a post card from New York City or I would like to send her a cheery card in an envelope with a short and supportive personal message from me.

Which should I send? Which do you think would cheer her up more?
A post card with a nice picture of New York City or a card?
Either way I'll write a short and positive note

Hi rhia,

Welcome to the forum.

I think both your ideas sound lovely and Schapelle would appreciate receiving something from you. A postcard from New York sounds like an excellent idea. Schapelle is amazed at the scope of her supporters as they come from far and wide.

A positive note never goes astray that's for sure and as Schapelle in herself is a very positive person I'm sure your support will definitely put a smile on her face.

welcome new yorker :) thanks for supporting Schapelle Rhia. Just send a postcard as often as you can. I send a letter each week to Schapelle. Even if its only a small gesture on our part it means alot to Schapelle.

Yes, I can imagine that what seems to be a small thing like a post card or a card would be important to Schapelle. I think everybody likes to find cards in their mailboxes Cards are lots more fun than bills
